GETTING STARTED

Here at CrossFit Loughrea we strive to provide you with a  quality service.

CrossFit is for everybody and we can't stress that enough.

 

Before starting CrossFit as a duty of care we make EVERYBODY that comes through our doors take part in our Fundamentals course.  This course is 3 weeks long with 2 one hour sessions a week. 

 

During this course you will lean how to safely execute the main movements used in CrossFit workouts. Upon completion of the Fundamentals course you can start group CrossFit classes. 

 

If you have previous CrossFit experience and wish to skip the Fundamentals course then we will accomodate you AFTER we see that you can confidently execute the main CrossFit movements.    So don't delay...

 

 


FREE 
Intro Class

Get invloved and come down to our free intro class that takes place on the last Saturday of each month from 10:30am.


During this 90 min FREE session you will be introduced to what CrossFit is all about, how we warm up, some movements used in CrossFit, a small workout and then a cool down with a Q&A session afterwards.


You will have fun, meet new people and get some great exercise all for free.
